Phenomenal Woman is an Out The Box and Spiela collaboration to showcase, support and highlight the strength and magic of the black woman. 

During International Women’s Month we provide a safe, luxurious space for networking over drinks and canapes plus talks from powerful black women from different backgrounds and fields who share their unique and powerful stories in business and life. 

During the pandemic, we created a cohort of Phenomenal Woman ambassadors and hosted regular zoom check-ins to discuss wellbeing, community, media and diversity and inclusion. 

 

So far, we have engaged with over 300 black women
