Created by Out The Box in 2020 following the Black Lives Matter Uprisings, Black at Work is a community safe space for Black people to come together to share their experiences in the workplace providing solutions, advice and resources and industry opportunities. We also offer training for allies who want to make the workplace fair and equitable for Black employees.
