About the Event

Workplace trauma is real, and for Black professionals, the impact is even deeper. Studies show that 75% of Black employees in the UK have experienced racism at work, and many report feeling unheard, undervalued, and exhausted from constantly having to navigate bias, microaggressions, and workplace discrimination. These experiences take a toll—not just professionally, but mentally, emotionally, and physically.

This event is designed to support Black professionals who have experienced workplace trauma, providing them with a space to reflect, heal, and gain tools for moving forward. The session will blend movement, therapeutic guidance, and open discussion to create a holistic experience of support and empowerment.
